Cambiar Quest develops students' durable skills through career exploration and work-based learning experiences.

In her role, Lynn leads the strategic direction of Cambiar’s career exploration and readiness programming, manages the Quest team in the design and development of our program offerings, and represents Cambiar with school system partners.

Lynn has extensive experience developing and leading programs in K-12 education. Prior to joining Cambiar, Lynn served on the leadership team at Rocketship Public Schools for a decade. She managed the Talent, Strategy, and Program functions to support growth from 3,000 to 10,000 students while outperforming achievement of local districts.  

Lynn joined Rocketship from The Broad Center for the Management of School Systems where she founded and led the growth of The Broad Residency, a national program to attract and support emerging business leaders to join urban school systems.

Lynn served as a director at The Broad Foundation and was responsible for a portfolio of investments in district and national leadership programs. Lynn has also managed an online math tutoring program for Kaplan and program evaluation at Partners in School Innovation. 

Lynn has a BA in Political Economy from UC Berkeley and MBA and MA in Education from Stanford University.
