Elise joined Cambiar Education in January 2024 as a Special Projects Lead. In this role, she focuses on strategic improvements for the organization and is a central organizer, problem solver, and systems builder. 

As the former CEO of a venture capital-backed start-up, Elise has proven herself as a strategic leader, guiding her company through the challenges of the pandemic and culminating in a successful acquisition.

Prior to that, she collaborated with thought leaders like Simon Sinek and David Marquet to launch a consulting division, helping Fortune 500 companies build cultures that develop and maintain high-performing teams. Drawing from her experience working with C-level executives and building businesses, Elise is now focused on transforming the K-12 education space and empowering female entrepreneurs and founders.

A New York native, Elise recently moved to Southern California where she now lives with her fiancé and their dog. Outside the business realm, she enjoys connecting with loved ones, surfing, and embracing the outdoors.
